How To Assemble the Body Shaper Machine
- Hold the bottom part of the corrugated tube and insert it into the slot of the main body
- Hold the top part of the corrugated tube and insert it to the opposite slot of joint part
- Turn the corrugated tube so that the valve is pointing either up or down, this will also ensure that the tube is securely attached to the main body.

How To Adjust Pressure
Turn the corrugated tube to position the valve to adjust proper settings:
Top Valve:
Turn right to exercise – high level
Turn left to exercise – low level
Low Valve:
Turn left to couple with air pump (lock)
Turn right to separate from air pump (open)

- Verify the product components and read the user manual thoroughly.
- Do not expose the Body Shaper Machine to direct sunlight, or heat source.
- Keep away from children. Swallowing of small pieces, or throwing the device may result in serious injury.
