Examples of foods that commonly cause allergic fatigue are wheat, dairy, certain types of sugar, and yeast. The best way to figure out which food is causing you problems is by keeping a diary of how you feel when you eat what. If you notice a pattern, try eliminating the suspected culprit and see if your energy improves.

By the way, soda, energy drinks, coffee, and other sugary drinks donít count as fluid. They actually dehydrate the body and that will require you to drink more water.
Another important aspect to energy levels is how much sleep you get. This is an obvious point but due to the increasing demands on our time, many times this is where a lot of people fall short. You need at least 7 hours of sleep per night to feel refreshed and rested the next day. You wonít be able to have the best energy if you donít give your body time to rest, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
